Wiener Neustadt
Pilot with focus on ELT
Pilot Site- Wiener Neustadt
At our site „Wiener Neustadt“, we are currently developing our first industrial pyrolysis pilot plant for the material recycling of end-of-life tires (ELTs).
The primary focus of the site is:
- the production of high-quality rCB
- the extraction of various oil-based secondary raw materials
- industrial testing and further development of the entire system
As of December 2025, the site is in the approval phase. At the same time, detailed technical planning and preparatory steps for future operations are underway.
The pilot site will serve as a foundation for scaling, further development, and future projects, as well as a reference for other use cases.
Laboratory & Center of Excellence
Parallel to the pilot project, we are preparing a second location with a real-world laboratory character at a chemical park in Germany. This center of excellence will provide space for:
- Further development of thermochemical processes
- Testing new feedstocks and product pathways
- Collaboration with industry and research partners
- Demonstration of market-oriented applications
The real-world laboratory is intentionally designed as an open platform for collaborative learning, further development, and advancement along the entire value chain.
